Jatin is a Commerce Graduate and a Chartered Accountant by qualification. He is also a Qualified Valuer from ICAI.
Prior to KGC Consulting, Jatin acquired experience in different verticals while working with Big 4’s
and different Industries. He worked with Deloitte Haskins & Sells for 2 years in Audit and Assurance Division
and later joined Alpha G Corp (a Morgan Stanley funded real estate company) in MIS & Business Planning Division.
His last assignment was in the capacity of Finance Head in a multinational publishing organization where his
responsibilities included Corporate Finance, Business Planning, MIS and Treasury & Fund Management. Jatin is
responsible for “Corporate Advisory & Valuation Division” at KGC Consulting.
Pravesh Goel
Director
Pravesh is a Commerce Graduate from Delhi University and a Chartered Accountant by qualification. He is also a
Qualified International Tax Expert from ICAI. He comes with an extensive assortment of Accounts, Audit, Risk Management
and Corporate Governance while working with Big4’s Accounting Firms (Price Waterhouse, Deloitte Haskins & Sells).
His profile, prior to joining KGC, was Head of Finance & Accounts department of a multinational Consultancy
Company which enabled him to gain hands-on experience in Accounts, Corporate Taxation & Cash Management.
He is responsible for “International Taxation and Assurance Division” at KGC Consulting.
Rakesh Juneja

Rakesh has done CISA in IS/IT Audit (London) besides being the member of ICAI.
He is an expert in Risk Assessment and Internal Audit in SAP environment.
He has years of hand's on experiance in SAP IT Audit and SOX Consultancy.
Vishal Sharma

Vishal is a Chartered Accountant and CPA with more than 17 years of experience.
Before joining KGC Consulting, he held VP-Finance position with XL Group
(a multi-billion dollar insurance/re-insurance company).
He has also worked with Siemens Ltd, Exl Services and GE Capital during his career.
He has vast experience in Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) audits, internal audits, finance controllership,
MIS and Treasury. He also has vast experience in finance transformation and change management spanning
multiple international locations. Vishal also holds diploma in IFRS from ACCA UK and Certified Process Professional (CPP)
from PMI, UK. Vishal is responsible for "Risk Advisory" division of KGC Consulting.
Saurabh Gupta

Saurabh is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) with more than 12 years of experience.
Before joining KGC Consulting, he has worked at various roles in the industry and was lastly leading the Internal
Audit Department for a leading Insurance & Reinsurance company. He also worked in Ernst & Young, Fraud Investigation
and Dispute Services (FIDS) and has experience of conducting investigations, compliance assignments on FCPA and UK Bribery Act.
Saurabh has a vast experience in Internal Audit, Investigations, Risk Assessments and has worked for various industries, including,
Automobile, FMCG, IT/ITeS, Telecom, Power and also handled assignments for United Nations and The Global Fund. He has also conducted
a market study in India and contributed to publications related to “Corporate Integrity” and “Public Private Partnership” for United
Nations. Saurabh is responsible for "Fraud Invetigation & Forensic Audits" division of KGC Consulting.
Ashok Sahi

Mr. Ashok Sahi is a Certified Public Accountant (USA), Company Secretary and Chartered Accountant with 24
years experience in the areas of Strategic Business Planning, Project Management, Finance, Controlling,
Budgeting, IFRS, US GAAP and Sox, International Accounting and taxation.
As a strategic planner with proficiency in conducting business analysis and
project feasibility studies, Ashok has a proven ability of spearheading new business initiatives.
He is a keen analyst with excellent relationship management skills and expertise in liaising with Banks,
Financial Institutions and various regulatory authorities.
He has developed study materials for training graduates and CAs on US GAAP,
IFRS and International Accounting & Taxation.
Nitin Jindal

Nitin is also a commerce graduate from Delhi University and is Chartered Accountant by profession. He has hand's on
experiance in the field of Indirect Taxation and is well versed with Service Tax and
Sales Tax matters. His proven strength in Sales Tax & Service Tax has help our clients in sorting out various
critical issues in their days to days activities regarding said Tax Laws.
He is responsible for our "Indirect Taxation Division".
